Job summary

BDO Ireland is seeking a Qualified Senior to join our Financial Services Audit team in Dublin. You will deliver high-quality audit engagements across a diversified portfolio of domestic and international FS clients, including funds and asset managers, while developing client relationships.

Working with experienced managers and partners, you will gain exposure to complex assignments, lead on-site fieldwork, and build technical and leadership skills to progress within our practice in a

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with a strong track record in a professional services environment.
• 3–5 years’ external audit experience with exposure to Financial Services clients (funds, management companies, SPVs, leasing or related regulated entities).
• Strong working knowledge of ISA (Ireland) and the Irish audit regulatory environment, including quality management expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on audit engagements for Financial Services clients and deliver high-quality audit outputs.
• Develop and manage client relationships and provide clear communication with stakeholders.
• Work with managers and partners to progress engagements and support practice growth.
• Plan, execute and supervise fieldwork, including risk assessment and controls testing.
• Ensure documentation meets internal and external review standards.
