Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Raheen, Limerick, Ireland, is seeking an Associate QC Micro Analyst to join the Quality Control Microbiology team. This 12-month contract role supports microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, data review and investigations to maintain cGMP compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field, with 0–2 years of experience for the Associate level, and strong teamwork and attention to quality. On-site work required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience for Associate level.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in pharma/biotech for QC Micro Analyst.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment is beneficial.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with a focus on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing and environmental monitoring to support product quality and cGMP compliance.
• Collect and analyse samples from manufacturing areas, cleanrooms, and utilities using approved procedures.
• Review laboratory data and documentation; support investigations related to deviations, OOS, and OOT results.
• Support microbiological validations, method transfers, and laboratory readiness activities.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Quality to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
