Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure laboratory activities comply with cGMP, SOPs and quality standards.
• Support investigations, troubleshooting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee documentation including SOPs, methods, protocols, reports, and training records.
• Manage employee development including scheduling, performance reviews and coaching.
