Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Control to lead our QC team in Raheen, Limerick. This onsite leadership role supports the manufacture and release of biopharmaceutical products, driving adherence to quality systems and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee daily QC activities, manage workload and people development, partner with cross-functional teams, and uphold a culture of continuous improvement and scientific excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field; MS preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Previous supervisory or people leadership experience required.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise QC personnel, allocate workload, monitor performance.
• Ensure lab activities comply with cGMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Support investigations, troubleshooting, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee SOPs, methods, protocols, reports, and training records.
• Manage employee development: scheduling, reviews, coaching, and training compliance.
