Job summary

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to support the NDFA in delivering major infrastructure projects with a strong emphasis on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance to ensure robust QA across programmes.

Qualifications

• Third level degree in Quality Management, Finance, Business Optimisation or related discipline.
• Demonstrated quality management knowledge in regulated environments with QA policies & KPIs.
• Experience developing and managing QA policies, processes and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the NDFA Quality Governance Framework with clear standards and controls.
• Maintain and improve QA processes, procedures and documentation to stay fit for purpose.
• Perform independent QA reviews of policies, procedures and records for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop, monitor and report quality KPIs and drive targeted improvements.
• Review NDFA processes, governance and escalation paths for efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate corrective actions from QA reviews, tracking progress to resolution.
