Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment client in Co Kildare seeks a QA Associate to monitor and improve Food Safety Management Systems. 2+ years in a similar role and a relevant degree are required.

You will conduct audits, expand QMS across site areas, and help teams implement quality standards in a busy FMCG environment. The role involves administering the document management system and driving corrective actions with preventive measures, plus collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Administrate the Document Management system for company docs.
• Drive and track corrective actions, support preventive/reactive actions.
• Perform any other duties as required.

About the Company

Our client is an international FMCG manufacturer who are hiring a QA Associate to join their team in Co Kildare. This job will be a great opportunity for someone based in Kildare/the Midlands who wants to expand their career with a company producing a range of products in a busy environment. Please note that this company is not able to offer visa sponsorship/work permit support.

About the Position

• As QA Associate, your job will be to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s Food Safety Management Systems.
• Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with policies processes and standards.
• Expanding/implementing company QMS into new site areas.
• Helping other teams and departments to understand and implement quality standards.
• Administrate the Document Management system to manage the full suite of company documentation.
• Drive, monitor and review corrective actions, supporting both preventative and reactive actions.
• Any other duties as required.

Experience/Requirements

• For this QA Associate Job, you will have 2+ years’ experience in a similar position and a relevant third level qualification.
• You will also have strong understanding of QA Systems, GMPs, and food safety standards.
