Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking a QC Technician for a role based in Co Kildare, Ireland. The position involves laboratory testing of raw materials, samples, and finished products, along with preparing standards and maintaining documentation.

You will also clean and calibrate lab instruments and perform routine tests while adhering to GMP/GLP and safety procedures. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Any other duties as required in laboratory operations.

About the Company

Our client is an international FMCG manufacturer who are hiring a QC Technician to join their team in Co Kildare. This job will be a great opportunity for someone based in Kildare/the Midlands who wants to expand their career with a company producing a range of products in a busy environment. Please note that this company is not able to offer visa sponsorship/work permit support.

About the Position

• As QC Technician, your job will be to perform laboratory testing of incoming raw materials, samples and finished products.
• Preparing standards for comparison with production samples.
• Collecting, reviewing and filing Certificates of Analysis and other relevant documentation.
• Cleaning and calibration of relevant lab instruments on regular basis.
• Performing standard routine tests on company product range.
• Adhering to all GMPs, GLPs, safety procedures, test methods etc.
• Any other duties as required in scope of needed laboratory operations.

Experience/Requirements

• For this QC Technician Job, you will have 2+ years’ experience in a similar position and a relevant third level qualification.
• You will also have strong communication and computer skills.
