Job summary

Believ is seeking a Programme Coordinator to provide the administrative backbone for a Build Manager’s patch of sites. You will keep programme data, permits, contractor paperwork and scheduling accurate, enabling technical and delivery decisions to be made on up-to-date information.

Reporting to the Build Manager, you’ll coordinate bookings, chase documentation, flag blockers early and support governance, financial processes and supplier administration using Sitetracker and Monday.com in a busy,

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple admin workstreams.
• Familiar with digital tools and trackers such as Sitetracker or Monday.com.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Data & systems administration using Sitetracker / Monday.com.
• Scheduling & coordination across site patches.
