Job summary

Believ is hiring a Senior Programme Manager to lead a cross-functional build squad delivering EV charging sites from design through energisation and handover. You will report to the Regional Build Director and drive delivery, safety, and stakeholder engagement across your portfolio.

The role requires strong planning, contractor management and on-site leadership across a live project pipeline, with a willingness to be on site and travel as needed in your patch.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-site infrastructure or utilities projects with cost and quality accountability.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate site activities with contractors.
• Understanding of DNO connection processes and energisation.
• Experience of works in public highways, permitting and reinstatement; civils/electrical delivery background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary build squad to deliver sites from design to go-live.
• Own delivery across design, applications, energisation and handover into operations.
• Manage contractor performance and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, councils, residents and internal teams.
