Job summary

Believ is seeking a Programme Coordinator to provide administrative backbone for a Build Manager's patch of sites. You will manage data, permits, and contractor paperwork while ensuring up-to-date information guides decisions.

Reporting to the Build Manager, this role focuses on detail, organisation, and governance rather than on-site leadership. You will coordinate bookings, chase documentation, flag blockers, and support financial and governance processes across Sitetracker and Monday.com

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with multiple admin workstreams.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and escalate when needed.
• Experience in regulated site delivery is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Data & systems administration (Sitetracker/Monday.com).
• Scheduling and coordination across projects.
• Programme lifecycle and stakeholder coordination.
• Document control and compliance management.
• Contractor and supplier administration.
