Job summary

Believ is seeking a Programme Coordinator to provide the administrative backbone for a Build Manager’s patch of sites. You will maintain programme data, permits, contractor paperwork and scheduling to ensure decisions are based on accurate information.

Reporting to the Build Manager, the role focuses on process, governance and coordination rather than on-site leadership. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proficient with Sitetracker or Monday.com, and have experience with

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple admin workstreams.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared trackers.
• Clear professional written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise and work independently, knowing when to escalate.

Responsibilities

• Data & Systems Administration (Sitetracker/Monday.com).
• Scheduling & Coordination across programme lifecycle.
• Stakeholder coordination and governance reporting.
• Document control & compliance management.
• Contractor & Supplier administration and purchase orders.
• Meetings & reporting support.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
