Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Bid Manager to own the end-to-end public-sector bid lifecycle. You will identify opportunities via eTenders and other procurement portals, develop bid strategies, coordinate pricing with Finance, and drive successful submissions and handovers.

You will manage multiple bids, deadlines, and stakeholders, with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end bids/tenders.
• Strong knowledge of public-sector procurement and tender processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end public-sector bid and tender process, from opportunity identification to handover.
• Develop bid strategies, pricing and submission plans with Finance/Commercial teams.
• Coordinate go/no-go decisions, manage bid pipeline and tender library, and ensure deadlines.
