Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to cover PSDP duties across Ireland, based in Dublin or Cork with hybrid working. You will review designs, support safety management, and contribute to bids while coordinating with designers, contractors and clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Health and Safety degree or IOSH qualification (engineer pathway acceptable), with Chartered IOSH or Engineer status preferred. Flexibility to travel across sites is important.

Qualifications

• Experience in PSDP coordination and safety in design across construction projects.
• Strong report-writing, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil PSDP duties in line with regulations and project needs.
• Review designs and designer risk assessments to ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate design and site meetings, and engage stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
