Job summary

EHS International seeks an experienced Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) to join our client’s team for a major construction project in Munster. You will lead health and safety design-stage oversight, ensuring compliance with Irish regulations and reducing risk across design, engineering and construction interfaces.

Strong leadership, proactive communication and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PSDP or similar role within construction.
• Thorough understanding of Irish construction safety regulations.
• Experience in design risk assessment and safety compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Membership of a professional body (IOSH, CIF, Engineers Ireland) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage safety aspects of complex projects.

EHS International is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) to join our client’s team for a major construction project in Munster. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring health and safety compliance at the design stage of a significant development.

As the PSDP, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing health and safety aspects of the design process, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation under the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 . The successful candidate will work closely with designers, engineers, and contractors to minimize risks and implement best practices for a safe working environment.
