Job description

Our client, a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented PSDP professionals or Engineers with Health and Safety experience to join their growing team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, technically complex infrastructure projects.

The successful candidates will support the design process, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and contributing to the successful delivery of major and infrastructure projects.

We are seeking junior, intermediate and senior candidates.

Location

Dublin-based or within a commutable distance to Dublin
Hybrid working available

Experience Required

  • Experience in construction health and safety.
  • Experience in working in a Civil/Structural or M&E or related design environment.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working with Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
  • Demonstrated experience driving best practice across technical activities, processes, policies, and standards
  • Strong understanding of the design and delivery requirements for technically complex projects within the architectural, engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels,
  • Supporting project delivery and reporting
  • Knowledge of 45001 Health and Safety System or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent certification.
  • Chartered Member of IOSH preferred for Senior roles.
  • Strong influencing and team motivation skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple reporting inputs and performance data
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to drive outcomes and maintain high-quality service delivery
