Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced administrator to join the Prosthetics Team at Raigmore Hospital on a fixed-term or secondment basis. The role involves handling calls, arranging appointments, ordering items and ensuring efficient patient journeys in a busy clinical environment.

The postholder will manage a varied clerical workload and adapt quickly to diverse clinic situations, supporting the Lead Prosthetist and Service Manager.

An exciting fixed term or secondment opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the Prosthetics Team at Raigmore Hospital.

This full-time post will involve working closely with the Lead Prosthetist / Prosthetics Service Manager, covering a range of administrative duties including answering telephone queries, making appointments, ordering items and helping to ensure efficient patient journeys across the department.

The postholder will be expected to manage a complex and varied clerical workload, and respond and adapt quickly to unpredictable and diverse clinic situations.
