Job summary

Digital Manufacturing Ireland (DMI) is seeking a Commercial Support Executive & Proposals Engineer to support client engagement, bid submissions, and commercial administration across the sales and project lifecycle. This role requires strong organisation, communication, and commercial awareness to drive successful manufacturing digitalisation projects.

You will coordinate proposals with technical teams, prepare quotations, and help deliver compelling responses that meet customer specifications

Qualifications

Experience in commercial support, proposals, bid management, or sales support.
Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate preparation and submission of customer proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Collaborate with technical teams to analyse requirements and RFP documentation.
Develop clear, accurate proposal documents and maintain templates.
Prepare quotations, pricing schedules, and commercial documentation.
Support contract reviews, risk assessments, and CRM records.
