Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across residential and commercial properties throughout Dublin. The role focuses on maintaining high standards, tenant safety and efficient operations.

You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, keep records of works and support refurbishment projects. A carpentry background, practical multi-trade skills, and a full driving licence are required, with 2–3 years’ hands-on

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in property maintenance or a similar hands‑on role.
• Strong practical skills across multiple trades, with a carpentry background preferred.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Good organisational skills, flexibility and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Irish health and safety standards is advantageous.
• Full, clean driving licence required.

Property Maintenance Technician - Dublin

DOE:€40K–€50K + Vehicle
