Job summary

The Land Development Agency (LDA) is seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional to support management accounting, budgeting, expenditure oversight, reporting and analysis across Property and Asset Management. You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Accounts Payable to improve financial oversight and decision-making in a dynamic public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in property management accounts or a comparable finance role.
• Experience using property management, accounting, bookkeeping or financial reporting systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data, reconciliations, reports and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collate, review and report monthly expenditure across cost rental block and land management operations.
• Support monthly ELT reporting with accurate data and commentary on movements.
• Monitor KPIs for cost rental block and land operations and identify budget variances and risks.
