Job summary

Uisce Éireann, Ireland's national water utility, invites applications for a Property Analyst to support the management and expansion of its property portfolio in accordance with governance and policy requirements. You will assist with leasing, rates, and property strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisers to deliver value across offices, depots, labs and stores.

A degree in facilities/property and at least 3 years in commercial property management are typical

Qualifications

  • Facilities/Property/Estate Management degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years in commercial property management.
  • Experience with financial budgeting.
  • Experience managing lease events.
  • Knowledge of landlord and tenant law; health and safety legislation.
  • Water/utility industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of offices, stores, depots, labs, training centres as part of Ireland's transformation.
  • Manage property portfolio leasing, rent reviews, landlord management, and related administration.
  • Assist procurement and disposal of property to meet UÉ transformation needs.
  • Develop and oversee property strategies and reporting to management.
  • Ensure governance and compliance with policies; develop SOPs as needed.
  • Develop annual property budgets and ongoing administration.
  • Prepare papers for internal investment approval committees.
  • Track monthly property portfolio activities including leases and issues.
  • Coordinate works with external advisors and report milestones.
  • Input to Annual Property Report and build strategic relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned.
