Job summary

Mane is seeking a Projects Director to lead a major Transmission division across Ireland. The role oversees 3-4 key projects at any given time, guiding delivery across multiple sites from Dublin to other major Irish cities.

You will provide senior leadership to site teams and project managers, ensuring safety, quality and commercial objectives are met while maintaining active client relationships and coordinating resources nationwide.

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Projects Director to lead a major Transmission division for a leading Irish power and infrastructure business. The role will oversee 3-4 key projects at any one time, managing delivery across multiple sites throughout Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple major transmission and overhead line (OHL) projects from planning through to delivery.
• Provide senior leadership across site teams, Project Managers and operational personnel.
• Drive project performance, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved.
• Manage client relationships, subcontractors, resources and project delivery across multiple locations.
• Oversee project budgets, progress reporting, risk management and strategic planning.

Key Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in overhead lines (OHL), power transmission or major electrical infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects and leading multi-site operations.
• Strong commercial, operational and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be flexible and willing to travel regularly across Ireland.

Project locations: Primarily Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and other major Irish cities.
