Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan in Shannon, Co. Clare, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civils) to lead the successful delivery of a civils project. The role covers development through handover, with close liaison to clients to clarify requirements.

You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, supervise site staff and subcontractors, and prepare monthly reports for project review meetings. Degree-qualified candidates with 5+ years’ main contractor experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management.
• 5+ years’ experience with a main contractor is desired.
• Excellent knowledge of the latest building regulations.
• Strong leadership and keen attention to detail.
