GEDON is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Dublin to lead major civil and infrastructure schemes across transport, utilities and public realms. You will drive delivery from mobilisation through close-out, managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with clients, authorities and stakeholders.
You will oversee programmes, budgets and contracts, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance in live urban environments. Relocation support may be available for suitable candidates.
Our client is an established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering projects across transport, utilities and public infrastructure in Ireland. Their work supports the networks that communities and businesses depend on every day, and covers schemes of significant scale, complexity and public importance.
The business has built a strong reputation for safe, reliable and technically capable delivery, with long-standing relationships across public bodies, local authorities, utilities and private clients. Much of its work comes through repeat business and frameworks, providing stability and a clear view of future projects.
With national investment in infrastructure set to remain strong for years to come, the business is in a period of sustained growth and is expanding its senior delivery team in Dublin. Immediate starts are available, and relocation support may be offered to suitable candidates, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals from Ireland, the UK and further afield.
As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of large civil and infrastructure projects. Schemes may include roads and transport works, bridges and structures, utilities, drainage and public realm projects, often delivered in live urban environments with significant stakeholder and traffic management interfaces.
You will lead multidisciplinary project teams of engineers, site managers, foremen and subcontractors, working closely with clients, designers, local authorities and community stakeholders. The culture is collaborative and safety-led, and senior project leaders are trusted with genuine ownership while being backed by an experienced management team.
The role covers the full project lifecycle, from tender handover and mobilisation through construction, completion and close-out. It offers long-term involvement in a strong pipeline of nationally significant work, and a clear route into Contracts Manager, Project Director and wider senior leadership roles.
This role offers a salary of €110,000 plus a company vehicle, with potential relocation packages for suitable candidates and immediate starts available. More importantly, it is a long‑term career platform: you will lead significant infrastructure projects within an established contractor that has a secure pipeline in a growing market, supported by a leadership team that invests in its people and offers a clear route into senior leadership.
