Job summary

PTSB is seeking a Project Manager within its Enterprise Change portfolio in Dublin. The role involves delivering critical change initiatives across the group, building cross‑functional teams and leading with a shared goal in a hybrid working environment.

You will ensure delivery on time and budget, implement Change governance, manage stakeholders, and provide reporting to the Change community and PMO, supporting senior sponsors and shaping a high performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical Change Initiatives
• Deliver projects on time, to budget and of a high quality, driving the initiative and leading delivery
• Develop effective plans for the delivery of Change initiatives
• Highlight risks and issues and propose mitigating actions
• Lead projects consistent with the Change Management Framework
• Provision of reporting for the Change initiatives to Working & Steering Groups
• Provision of appropriate weekly and monthly MI to Organisational Change community and Project Management Office
• Track the costs associated with the Change initiative
• Apply effective partner management and ensure that expectations and perceptions are understood
• Provide support to the ExCo Sponsor, aid decision-making and propose options and solutions
• Assist Senior Change Management in building a high performance culture within the Change team by setting and achieving high standards

Your Role

The nature of banking is changing and our Enterprise change portfolio must grow, adapt and be re-shaped to support our critical commercial and business needs. The Change division of PTSB is challenged to ensure we are effective in the delivery of our change, prioritise our resources and funding for value and protect our highest priority deliveries In your role as Project Manager you will be asked to project manage critical Change initiatives throughout the PTSB Group in a timely and cost effective manner while also implementing effective Change governance. Part of the role will require you to build a team by bringing together groups of people from across various parts of the organisation and lead this team with a shared goal. You will also be required to deliver effective Stakeholder Management and communications in a confident and enthusiastic manner.

This is a permanent position based in PTSB's St.Stephens Green Dublin (Hybrid option available within the Republic Of Ireland Only)
