Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of IT and digital transformation projects. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication across internal teams, suppliers and offshore partners.

You’ll apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage complex IT system projects, including cloud migrations and digital workplace initiatives, while mentoring team members to foster collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or higher.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in IT, digital transformation, or regulated industries.
• Experience delivering complex IT system projects, including cloud migrations and digital workplace initiatives.
• Proficient with Agile and Waterfall (PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFe) methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

• Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, including regular status reporting and stakeholder management.
• Manage third‑party suppliers, vendors, and internal team members in a matrix environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and formalise acceptance of project deliverables.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate the successful adoption of digital solutions
• Mentor and support other team members to foster a cooperative project environment.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–7 years of experience in project management, ideally within IT, digital transformation, or regulated industries.
• Strong background delivering complex IT system projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or digital workplace initiatives.
• Demonstrable experience with both Agile and Waterfall (PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFe) methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI) and documentation best practices.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively with third parties and offshore development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer‑first orientation.
