Get in early at a business that’s scaling fast.
Our client is an Irish-headquartered engineering company that designs, builds and maintains water treatment infrastructure for critical industries: data centres, pharma and life sciences, food and beverage, manufacturing and energy. Data centre and life science demand across Europe and the US is driving rapid expansion, and they’re growing the team to match.
This is a chance to join while the business is still building its structure. You’ll lead high-profile projects and help set up how delivery is done as the company grows. That kind of influence is hard to find in a larger contractor.
Why this role stands out
- Real career progression. The company is growing quickly across Europe and the US, so senior positions are being created, not waited for. Strong PMs have a clear route to Senior PM, Project Director and regional leadership.
- Some of the most in-demand work in the industry. Data centre and life science water systems are a specialist, growing niche. That experience will keep your career future-proofed.
- A role with real visibility. You’ll be the main point of contact for major clients, and leadership will see what you deliver.
- International exposure. Expansion across Europe and the US brings opportunities to work on, or move into, projects abroad if you want to.
- Investment in your development. Support for professional certifications and continued learning as you grow with the business.
