• Provide administrative and office support, such as coordinating with facilities team on events, seating
• Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
• Lead on all major company social events, including venue selection, project management, logistics, and third-party management
• Lead on client entertainment; manage team wide entertainment initiatives, client experience and partner management
• Act as internal expert on internal company systems (e.g. Contracts, approval chain, purchase system) and coach others.

We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) for the Dublin office to assist with project management, and cross-team communication. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong industry experience, fluency in written and spoken English language and demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
