Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Project Lead in the Chief of Staff Office to drive strategic and operational initiatives. You will work closely with the AVP and VP, delivering hands-on project execution, tracking, reporting, and coordinating activities to keep priorities on track.

You will partner with senior leadership, prepare executive materials, and help ensure timely delivery of cross-functional programs within a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Solid coordination and follow-through capability.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with financial and operational data.
• Advanced MS Office suite skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.
• High level of Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Your Role:

The Project Lead, Chief of Staff Office supports the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives across the business. Working closely with the AVP and VP, this role is responsible for hands-on project execution, tracking, reporting, and coordination of activities that enable the Chief of Staff Office to deliver on its priorities.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level degre


• 4-5 years’ experience in strategy, PMO, consulting, or business operations roles


• Self-starter who can demonstrate taking initiative and ownership in current role


• Experience working with senior leadership and preparing executive-level materials
