Job summary

NexVentur is recruiting a Project Engineer or Senior Engineer to join an Irish construction and civil engineering company serving Dublin, Kildare and surrounding areas. The role covers delivery from start to finish on major residential and data centre projects, with potential for career progression.

The successful candidate will work closely with Site and Project Managers, coordinate with subcontractors, review drawings and progress programmes, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of construction experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience on residential, commercial, civil or data centre projects.
• Strong technical and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Setting out and surveying as required.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Assist with planning and programming of works.
• Monitor quality and ensure works are completed to specification.
• Manage RFIs, technical submissions and site documentation.
• Assist with procurement and material coordination.
• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

The Role
