Collen are recruiting a Project Document & Systems Coordinator to support an on site Construction Team, contributing to the successful completion of a project.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, trackers, deadlines and project priorities simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring project information, records and documentation are accurate, complete and audit ready.
- Proactive ownership and follow-through, with the ability to identify outstanding requirements, chase actions and escape issues appropriately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, design teams and functional departments.
- Good understanding of construction project processes and documentation, ideally including H&S, quality, BCAR, O&M, sustainability/environmental and handover requirements.
- Strong digital and systems capability, with experience using construction management/document control platforms; experience with 4P, Procore, Field View and COINS is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical specialists, understanding when to seek technical guidance while taking ownership of the coordination and administrative aspects of the role.

Experience
- Knowledge of major construction projects, architectural and engineering drawings and document processes
- 2-5 years administration experience, desirable
Education
- Bachelor’s degree level education equivalent to EQF Level 5 preferred, however other educational backgrounds will be considered
