Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Manager to embed risk‑by‑design across infrastructure projects in a hybrid Dublin/Cork role with occasional travel. You will work in multidisciplinary squads to apply QRA, scenario modelling and live data for executive decision‑making and portfolio risk strategies.

You will lead risk workshops, coordinate with planners, engineers and commercial teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring governance and data standards across programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven capital project risk experience with multi‑project environments.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to run risk workshops.
• Experience translating uncertainty into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of QRA/QSRA methodologies and risk analytics.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support risk processes aligned to frameworks and digitally enabled workflows.
• Facilitate structured risk workshops and link risks to schedule, cost and commercial baselines.
• Track emerging risks and KPIs; present risk insights to stakeholders.
• Deliver QRA/QSRA to inform contingency and confidence levels.
• Use predictive techniques and risk driver analysis to highlight critical factors.
• Manager: lead scenario modelling, coach teams, and raise risk maturity.
