Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Project Risk Manager based in Ireland. This senior role strengthens risk management across a complex EMEA portfolio, embedding risk throughout the project lifecycle and guiding milestones, contingency, and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk management, project controls, or delivery within complex EPC/infrastructure programmes.
• Strong ability to lead project and portfolio risk management with identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and assurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders and governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional project risk management programme with governance, standards, and escalation across the portfolio.
• Integrate risk management across the full project lifecycle and key functions (engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, commercial).
• Provide independent risk oversight and challenge to leaders, ensuring risks and opportunities receive attention.
• Develop risk-based recommendations for contingency and management reserves with governance of usage and release.
• Produce executive dashboards and analytics on exposure, trends, and mitigation effectiveness.
• Monitor mitigation actions and escalate issues requiring regional or executive attention.
