Job summary

Lumen Search is representing an award-winning, design-led Architectural practice seeking a Project Architect in Ireland. The role involves contributing to projects from inception through construction, with occasional site-based work and a strong emphasis on delivering on deadlines.

The candidate will need Revit proficiency and thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations, plus the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and maintain excellent communication throughout projects.

Qualifications

• RIAI membership or eligible for Membership is required.
• 5+ years' industry experience is required.
• Revit experience is a must.
• Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations.
• Experience overseeing projects from inception through to site is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Involve in multiple projects at various stages, from inception through to Construction.
• Occasional site-based work as part of project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet deadlines.
