Job summary

The Rehab Group in Bantry, Co Cork, is seeking a Programme Supervisor on a Specific Purpose Contract (39 hours) to promote independent living and community integration for service users. You will supervise staff, support the Manager, and deliver quality, cost-effective services across multiple locations as needed.

Requires a third level degree in health and social care, at least two years’ experience with adults with disabilities, and strong people management skills to lead a team and handle

Qualifications

• Third level graduate or health and social care equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience working with adults with disabilities.
• Well-developed people management skills with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with service users and identify goals and needs.
• Provide accessible information on supports and ensure activities are monitored for sustainability.
• Advocate for service users and support self-advocacy in various settings.
