The Rehab Group is seeking a Programmes Facilitator in Stillorgan, Co Dublin. You will facilitate service users in programme choices, focusing on independent living, personal development, and community integration within a person-centred model.
You will work under supervision to develop, implement, and record person-centred programmes, maintaining clear records and supporting individuals and groups to access community opportunities.

Programmes Facilitator - Ref 18329 1 x Permanent Full-Time Contract, 39 hours per week & 1 Specific Purpose Full Time Contract Location: Stillorgan, Co Dublin
Reporting to the Community Service Manager through the Programmes Supervisor, the post holder will facilitate service users in their choices, developing programmes within the context of a person centred model of service delivery. The programmes may include independent living, personal development and occupational and leisure activities, within the context of a quality of life model.

We offer a competitive starting salary of €16.38- €17.23 per hour (Points 1-5 of the scale), based on qualifications and experience. The 12-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to €17.71 per hour.
