The Rehab Group in Bantry, Co Cork, is seeking a Programme Supervisor on a Specific Purpose Contract (39 hours) to promote independent living and community integration for service users. You will supervise staff, support the Manager, and deliver quality, cost-effective services across multiple locations as needed.
Requires a third level degree in health and social care, at least two years’ experience with adults with disabilities, and strong people management skills to lead a team and handle

Job Purpose The purpose of the job is to promote and support independent living and community integration personal development and work opportunities for service users. The role will be based in a large Resource Centre. To supervise staff and to assist the Manager in the development, implementation and delivery of quality customer focused and cost effective community services to service users at an appropriate time and setting. This includes the provision of individual programme's and activities to meet the needs, choices and abilities of service users in line with the HSE New Directions policy and guidelines. The role may require travel across locations in Galway city and county.

Salary starting from point 1 € 39,903.36 to point 16 € 57,310.33 (pro rata) and is subject to negotiation depending on experience and qualification.
