Job summary
Rehab Group in Ireland seeks a Programs Facilitator to promote independent living and community integration for individuals with diverse needs. The role focuses on facilitating educational, developmental, recreational, and occupational programmes tailored to each service user.
The ideal candidate will have QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent, with a willingness to pursue further training, and at least one year of relevant experience in designing and delivering activities that support
Qualifications
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent.
- A third level graduate in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
- Additional qualification/experience in supporting adults with Autism would be desirable.
- Willingness to attend conferences / training courses when necessary.
- 1 year minimum experience in a relevant setting with person-centred planning.
Responsibilities
- Commitment to living the organisational values of teamwork, dignity, justice, advocacy and quality.
- Act as a key worker to service users to facilitate Person Centred Planning and maintain required records.
- Develop and deliver person-centred programmes to meet service user needs and maintain records.
