The GDAs mission is to transform Grangegorman into a vibrant community that encompasses a world-class, integrated and inclusive education, health and community campus and urban quarter. The Agency is responsible for the development of the 30-hectare former St. Brendans Hospital site and works closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including Government Departments, Dublin City Council, the Health Service Executive, Technological University Dublin and the local community. To support the continued development of the Grangegorman Urban Quarter, the GDA is now seeking to appoint a Programme Coordinator.

The role will provide strategic programme leadership across technical, commercial, financial and governance workstreams and will lead the programme from concept development through approval and implementation. Key responsibilities will include programme governance, commercial planning, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, procurement, risk management and reporting. The Programme Coordinator will also lead the development of the governance, funding and operational arrangements required for the effective long-term management of the Grangegorman Urban Quarter, ensuring that future infrastructure is supported by an integrated and sustainable estate management model. The successful candidate will work closely with Government Departments, TU Dublin, HSE, Dublin City Council, utility providers, funding bodies and other key stakeholders, managing complex relationships and ensuring the successful progression of the programme. Reporting within the senior management structure of the GDA, the Programme Coordinator will play a key role in delivering an important element of the Agency's strategic objectives.
Steering Point will be managing all aspects of this recruitment process on behalf of Grangegorman Development Agency.
