Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland, part of a global care network, runs Before School, After School and Holiday Clubs on-site at schools in Kilkenny. We seek a Programme Lead to manage and inspire a team, maintain day-to-day activities and engage with children and families.

The role requires energy, enthusiasm for working with school-aged children, English proficiency, and a valid driving car. Garda vetting is arranged after interview, with two written references before start.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Childcare qualification or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Own car required for programme lead.
• Maintain the day-to-day activities.
• Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Experience with school aged children preferred (Minimum 2 years).
