Job summary

Meta Careers in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Program Manager for Operations Excellence to own end-to-end cross-functional programs across governance, planning and delivery.

You will design operating models, build automation and AI-enabled tools, and partner with senior leaders to frame decisions, drive improvements, and ensure programs run as sustained mechanisms across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional programmes from end to end, including scoping, planning, dependency and risk management, communications, and delivery to agreed timelines and quality levels
• Create structure in new and undefined areas, defining the operating model, decision rights, and governance for work that does not yet have them
• Build, test, and deploy automation and AI-enabled tools against the team's own operating processes, and take them into live use
• Identify where manual effort and repeated handoffs can be automated, and measure the efficiency and quality improvements that are delivered
• Design programs to continue as sustained mechanisms, including the ownership, documentation, and quality controls that keep them running and the checkpoints that keep the right decisions with people
• Partner with senior leaders across the organisation to frame decisions, present options and trade-offs, and build consensus across functions with differing priorities
