An excellent opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to take ownership of technically complex programs within a high-performance engineering and manufacturing environment.
The position offers significant scope to influence how programs are delivered, solve challenging technical and operational problems, and work on sophisticated electronic products in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Development and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from planning through production.
- Own program performance across quality, delivery, service, cost and schedule.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and other cross-functional teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal customers and international stakeholders.
- Manage production readiness, materials, resources and product phase-in/phase-out activities.
- Monitor program schedules, product costs, risks and KPIs, driving corrective actions where required.
- Support demand, order and capacity planning across the assigned product portfolio.
- Coordinate with local and international design and engineering teams.
- Manage programs throughout the product lifecycle, including obsolescence planning and aftermarket support.
- Provide clear program updates, escalation and reporting to key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Approximately 5–10 years’ experience within electronics, engineering, project or program management.
- Strong project/program leadership and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
- Electronics manufacturing, NPI or electronic product development experience is particularly valuable.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a technical environment.
Travel
Some international travel may be required across Europe, Asia and the US.
