Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in Cloud Platform projects.
Experience designing dashboards and reports using data-analysis tools and bug-tracking systems.
AI proficiency to lead automation of complex workflows and reporting.
Track record in continuous process improvement and transitioning goals into evergreen processes.
Domain knowledge in reliability engineering principles such as availability, SLOs, error budgets, progressive rollouts and disaster recovery testing.
Strategic thinking with the ability to communicate and influence across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

Define, document, and certify program-level success and exit criteria; establish durable transition strategies.
Manage end-to-end execution, tracking, and reporting across production systems; scale program operations.
Identify and align executive stakeholders; manage escalations and coordinate across workstreams.
Break down large challenges into structured phases and execution backlogs; delegate components.
Leverage data, scripts, and issue-tracking tools to build dashboards and scorecards; integrate AI to accelerate execution.
