Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Cork is seeking a Head of Operations to own the group’s integration and systems backbone. The role blends programme leadership with operations, requiring hands-on experience in consolidating platforms and defining end-to-end processes.

A growing Irish financial services group is building the operational backbone underneath a period of rapid expansion, and is hiring a Head of Operations to own it.

This is being written for programme and project managers as much as for operations leaders. If you have spent your career landing integrations — consolidating platforms, rationalising duplicate systems, standing up processes that people actually use — the substance of this role is work you have already done. What is different is the mandate: you own it end to end, at group level.

• Comfort with technology and a pragmatic view of where AI genuinely helps
• Hands-on, collaborative, and energised by change rather than protective of the status quo
