Job summary

Signatus are partnering with a leading commercial law firm to hire a Real Estate Solicitor into an established property practice, with exposure to high-value, cross-border mandates.

This is an opportunity for a lawyer with approximately 2 to 4 years PQE to broaden experience across investment acquisitions and disposals, development, leasing, real estate financing and the property elements of corporate transactions for domestic and international clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2 to 4 years PQE in a property practice area.
• Experience in commercial real estate or residential property law.
• Experience within a corporate or commercial legal environment.
• Strong drafting and transaction management capability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across larger matters.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on investment acquisitions and disposals across significant commercial property transactions.
• Support development projects from initial structuring through to completion.
• Manage lease transactions and ongoing property portfolio matters for major clients.
• Work alongside finance specialists on real estate financing transactions.
• Advise on the property elements of wider corporate transactions.
• Develop direct client relationships while building experience across both commercial and residential property matters.

The opportunity

Signatus are partnering with a leading commercial law firm to hire a Real Estate Solicitor into an established property practice.

This is an opportunity for a lawyer with approximately 2 to 4 years PQE to build broader transaction experience across investment, development, leasing, real estate finance and the property aspects of corporate transactions.

The team advises domestic and international investors, financial institutions, developers, retailers and property owners, giving the successful solicitor exposure to complex Irish and international mandates.

What you will own

• Advise on investment acquisitions and disposals across significant commercial property transactions
• Support development projects from initial structuring through to completion
• Manage lease transactions and ongoing property portfolio matters for major clients
• Work alongside finance specialists on real estate financing transactions
• Advise on the property elements of wider corporate transactions
• Develop direct client relationships while building experience across both commercial and residential property matters

What we are looking for -Must have

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2 to 4 years PQE in a relevant property practice area
• Relevant experience in commercial real estate or residential property law
• Experience gained within a strong corporate or commercial legal environment
• Strong drafting and transaction management capability
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across larger matters
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills

Helpful but not essential

• Experience within a large or medium sized corporate law firm
• Exposure to multi jurisdictional property matters or international clients
