Job summary

A top-tier cross-border law firm in Dublin seeks a PSL to join their Funds team. You will support a market-leading Irish Funds and Investment Management practice, maintaining precedents, note templates, and guides while tracking regulatory developments for international clients.

You will prepare internal and client-facing briefings, alerts, and thought leadership materials, and assist with training initiatives with L&D.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ PQE required in funds/ Investment Management
• Strong investment funds law experience is essential
• Excellent academics or academic record
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Technically excellent with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop precedents, practice notes and legal guides for funds matters
• Track and analyse regulatory and market developments in funds and investment management
• Prepare internal and client-facing briefings, alerts and thought leadership materials

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Irish Funds and Investment Management team providing professional support across a broad range of asset management matters for international clients, including investment fund managers and global financial institutions. The role focuses on maintaining and developing precedents, practice notes and legal guides, while tracking and analysing regulatory and market developments in the funds and investment management sector.

The position also involves preparing internal and client-facing briefings, alerts and thought leadership materials, as well as supporting training initiatives in conjunction with learning and development teams.
