Job summary

Achuman Capital in Dublin is seeking a Lawyer to join a market-leading Structured Finance team. The role involves advising on complex transactions across the finance sector for Irish and international banks, private equity funds and hedge funds.

You will handle securitisations, fund finance, repackagings and credit transactions, and monitor regulatory developments in the field. 1-5 years' PQE and a strong structured finance background are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years' PQE in structured finance or equivalent.
• Structured finance background with experience on complex transactions.
• Excellent academics with a strong academic record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technically excellent and diligent in regulatory tracking.

We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Dublin for a Lawyer to join their Structured Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading structured finance team, advising on a wide range of complex and high-value transactions across the finance sector. The role includes advising Irish and international banks, private equity and hedge funds.

The candidate will advise on a range of structured finance matters including securitisations, fund finance, repackagings, and credit transactions. The individual will also keep track of regulatory changes within the area.
