Job summary

Anduril Industries in Dublin is seeking a Production Technician to join the Dublin-based Production team. You will assemble and integrate mechanical and electrical components, following blueprints and test results with a detail‑oriented, fast-paced team.

The role requires a Level 6+ qualification, strong communication, and hands-on experience with PCBA/CCA handling, soldering, calibration tools, and reading wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• Level 6+ qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with PCBA/CCA handling, subassembly, soldering, and calibration with calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow detailed assembly instructions.
• Strong understanding of ESD best practices and safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate with engineering and production teams effectively.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland (Stamp 4, Stamp 1G or EU Citizenship).
• Experience in a production environment and familiarity with computers.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Configure Products to Order (CTO) and stage products.
• Interpret test results and support validation with integrators.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components.
• Ensure compatibility and communication between components.
• Maintain detailed records of assembly, calibration, tests, and quality issues.
• Work with Production Planner to ensure on-time shipments.
• Apply best practices in handling, packaging, and storage of components.
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Assist with prototype builds and participate in production meetings.
• Follow safety protocols and report production issues.
