About Sanmina Fermoy: Our Fermoy, Ireland, facility is FDA registered and certified to ISO 13485:2016 for the manufacture of high‑quality PCBAs, subassemblies and complete devices up to and including Class III medical devices. Sanmina Fermoy’s core specialization is manufacturing automation. We provide services for the entire product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI), prototyping, and process validation to complex volume manufacturing & test, shipping and repair.

Responsibilities

• Achieve planned production output of a Class III medical device, managing day‑to‑day running of a fully automated process.
• Maintain machine performance and uptime.
• Support process troubleshooting of product defects, process issues, identify equipment functions and faults, and adjust and set up equipment.
• Provide hands‑on problem solving for machine failures and continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to targets related to safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Escalate critical errors to senior support and engineering.
• Assist the engineering team with commissioning and validation of new equipment for high‑volume production lines.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements and with health & safety legislation and regulations.
