Renishaw, based in Ireland, is seeking a Production Support Engineer to back manufacturing cells at the Swords site. You will contribute to process improvements, define upgrade processes, and support jigs, fixtures and test equipment.

A degree inMechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and 2+ years in a high-volume environment are required. The role is site-based, full-time, with a competitive salary and benefits package including pension, bonus and health support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a mid/high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with structured problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes and implement improvements.
• Define and validate manufacturing processes for upgrade products or new products.
• Support mechanical/electrical jigs, fixtures and test equipment.
• Process analysis and Product Quality reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to drive quality standards and improvements.
• Collaborate with product designers to ensure the product is designed for assembly.
