Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Burnfoot facility in County Donegal to lead floor teams, manage production schedules and ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards. The role requires strong leadership and effective communication to drive daily progress and operational excellence.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Distribute work to the different teams on the floor
• Keep record of projects on the Floor and track their progress
• Having daily meetings with the Production team leaders to assess progress on jobs
• Work to a timed Production Schedule
• Look after the employees holidays after they get their holiday request sheet signed by the Manager
• Conduct 5’s checks on each Dept. to ensure adequate house keeping
• Upkeep of the ISO9001 standard and conduct daily checks
• Liaise with BSI Auditor
• Clock in reports & time keeping issues
• Conduct interviews for Production floor
• Conduct all return to work
• Conduct / sit-in in all Disciplinary hearings

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Burnfoot facility in County Donegal.
